Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us right away so we can help.

• Jewelry Purchases:
  Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or 45 days from the purchase date (whichever comes first) for return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom orders and clearance items are final sale.
• Workshops & Classes:
  All workshop and class registrations are non-refundable. Due to limited seating and preparation of materials in advance, we are unable to offer refunds or credits once a workshop is booked. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift or transfer your spot to a friend.
